The F.A.R.M. is a unique destination, conveniently located on Main Street in Granville—just one mile from the I-79 Westover exit and minutes from Morgantown—that combines curated retail with grab-and-go food options. Our collection is curated by Nikki Bowman Mills of WV Living magazine and brings some of our favorite products from around the state and the region to one location.

In 2020, the Millses purchased 10 warehouses on Main Street in Granville, West Virginia, and created New South Square, which now includes New South Media’s headquarters, an event space called The Silo in the Square, This and That Bakery, and The F.A.R.M.

Just around the corner, This & That Bakery offers a totally different—but equally impactful—experience. This cozy local shop has quickly become a favorite spot for fresh-baked goods and hometown hospitality.
